Services & Fees

Two ways to work with us — same consulate submission, different levels of help. All prices below are all-inclusive and include consulate government fees. They may look higher than competitors who quote service fees only — that is because the government fee is already included, with nothing extra to pay.

🛂 Filing + submission + return mailing — service fee $200 + government fee $140 + courier fee $20 (charged separately)

Full service: online filing, pre-check, submission at the consulate, pickup and return mailing. Submitted within 3 business days of receiving your passport. You only hand us your passport.

📬 Submission & pickup only — service fee $120 + government fee $140

You already filed the form yourself. We submit your passport at the consulate and pick it up when the visa is issued. Submitted within 3 business days of receiving your passport.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family discount: discount applies to the service fee only, not to government or courier fees; first applicant full price, service fee 20% off from the 2nd onward; friends applying together get service fee 10% off
⚡ Expedited add-on: government expedite fee $25 + our expedite fee $50–100 (same-day $100); submitted within 3 days of receiving your passport

How It Works

1

Send us your information

Contact us with your trip purpose and travel dates. We confirm the right visa type and send you a document checklist.

2

We file & pre-check

We complete the COVA online application and review everything before anything goes to the consulate — mistakes get caught early, not at the window.

3

We submit at the consulate

Once your application passes pre-review, submission only needs your passport original + the printed barcode page. No need to print the full application form or supporting paper documents.

4

Pickup & return

We pick up your passport with the visa and return it by mail or doorstep delivery in the LA area.

⏱ Processing time: regular pickup on the 4th business day; expedited pickup on the 3rd business day (subject to consulate approval)
💰 Prices above already include consulate government fees (US citizens: $140 per person, expedited +$25; other nationalities follow the consulate's current schedule).

Mail-In Service for Other States

Not in Los Angeles? Our China visa mail-in service covers travelers in other consular districts: mail us your passport and documents, we handle filing, submission and pickup at the Los Angeles consulate, then mail everything back to you. That is how most of our out-of-state clients work with us — no trip to LA required.

Common Questions

Do I need to visit the consulate myself?

No. We submit and pick up on your behalf. You only need to get your passport (and the printed barcode page, if you filed yourself) to us.

What exactly do I send you?

For full service: your passport original and trip information — we do the rest. If you filed the form yourself: your passport original plus the printed barcode page from your approved application.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No — and no honest agency can. We are a private service, not the consulate. Approval is the consulate's decision. What we guarantee is careful filing, pre-check and on-time submission.

How fast can I get my passport back?

Regular service picks up on the 4th business day. Expedited service picks up on the 3rd business day with consulate approval — roughly one business day earlier, so if regular timing works for your trip, expedited is usually unnecessary.
