Hi, I'm Mandy Huang, an education consultant and the founder of Angel Visa Services. My work is in education consulting — since 2015, I've been helping students and families with study-abroad planning, student visas, and tourist visas.
I started in education consulting in 2015, advising international students and helping them apply for student visas to the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries, as well as tourist visas — while also working in public-welfare student aid programs.
In 2018, I began helping foreign nationals apply for Chinese visas and work visas, including assistance with PU invitation letters.
In 2021, I moved to the United States (EB1A). I continue this work from Los Angeles: travel to China, business trips, work visas, residence visas — I can help with all of them.
I have three lovely children. My eldest has selective mutism and ADHD and needs a little extra patience from me. That's why I chose to build my own business — so I can be there for my family and still give every case the attention it deserves.
Family never gets in the way of my work. If anything, it makes me work harder. My clients have always supported me and trusted me, and I treasure that trust.
For other countries' visas, you only pay after the visa is approved. For China visas, I fill out the form first, and you pay after the consulate's review passes. Once your documents are complete, I submit within three working days. Your case is handled by me from start to finish — one person, no hand-offs.
